Hello Payal, it's very heartening to know that you are interested in doing your graduation in CS branch from NIT Hamirpur. From this year onwards NTA will be declaring results based on the percentile of the students and not on raw marks. But I am sure with the marks you are mentioning, there are bright chances of getting admission. However to help you. I am attaching a link that will predict college and the branch for you based on your percentile. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Choose NIT, Jamshedpur over NIT, Hamirpur. NIT, Jamshedpur is older than NIT, Hamirpur and it is situated in Jamshedpur which well planned and maintained city by TATA's. Also, many companies visit NIT, Jamshedpur which you can check via there facebook placement page.

The last year the highest closing rank in NIT-H was 235452 in your category in civil engineering in the special round under HS quota. Your expected rank is about 241381. Your chances are moderate. However, JEE Main April can provide you with another chance for improvement.

If you consider the placement percentage for the year 2018, about 56.82% students of chemical engineering got placed. The highest package was 7.95 LPA. It's good as compared to chemical engineering at Tier-3 colleges but not as good as CS/EC branches.
