Your expected JEE Main AIR is about 63649. You have not write about the category you belongs. However keeping the last year of trends in consideration and if you are from general category with Odisha home state, than you can get the following engineering branches.

Dear, The placement records for Food Process Engineering for the graduating batch of 2018 is pretty good, given the fact that we are just the second batch for this branch which is graduating. Well, throwing in some numbers:
Total Strength: 23
People Opting to Sit for Placements: 20
Total Placed: 17
Total Job Offers: 20
Core Job Offers: 5
the highest Package: 10 LPA (non-core) and 5.5 LPA (core)
Some of the core companies visiting the campus for placement are Milk Mantra, IDMC, Tetra Pak, etc. Some of the non-core companies visiting the campus for placement are ZS Associates, TCS, EXL Services, Tredence, Affine Analytics, etc. Well, to sum it

There are no placement statistics data available for both the colleges on their official website. Reason is very clear that there is no more scope of M.Tech students in terms of placement. I have seen the review of many students of both the colleges and the results are not in favor of any college. Most of the companies do not allow M.Tech students to sit for placements. NIT Rourkela and IIIT Allahabad is known for B.Tech only, not for M.Tech. However, from selection point of view you may go with NIT Rourkela.
