The cutoff percentile is kept at 54.01 by JoSAA for seeking admission in NIT. If your percentile is this or better you can definitely bid for admission. As you have scored 48 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belong to ST category so you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Still getting a seat in NIT will be difficult with this score. So I will suggest you to apply for some other colleges also.
