From this year onwards, National Testing Agency has decided to utilise universally accepted method of percentile in determining performance of students and give then ranking in JEE Mains. Raw marks hence have no role to play. I am sure you will shortly hear from NTA informing you about your percentile. Yes, it is considered one of the top three NITs. NITK is the only one, which has the funds for research area with top seven IITs. According to the place, it is better because it has a private beach. You can see the current in the sea from your class itself and professors are also well educated.
