Well, different programmes have different fee structures. So you should see these to get an estimate of the programme you are looking for- Bachelor's or Master's. Even different departments have different fee structure:

Thye average score of admitted students at NUS is typically in the range of 680-710, you should aim for a score of nothing less than 700 to be considered.

Both the universities have slightly different criteria so read them carefully. Scholarships are on the merit basis. The stronger your profile, better are the chances.
