NUS has been consistently placed at rank #11 by QS (Top Universities) for the last five years. NUS is known for its excellent research facilities and is one of the the finest higher education institutes in Asia. The university has steadily maintained its academic reputation which is clearly reflected in its QS world university rankings. Over the last two years, NUS has improved its position in the university ranking by THE from #25 in 2021 to #19 in 2023 based on its teaching and curriculum. I'm assuming you're asking (How to get admission to NUS? ). Okay so, unlike the United States, Singaporean admissions are not holistic, and lay great emphasis on school grades. Depending on what board you belong to, the NUS has a specific cutoff or limit for consideration which will be easily available on their website. An estimate would be at least 90% marks in the final examination in whatever board you come from, backed by consistent academic performance in the past 4 years. Hi Hardik, the minimum requirement for getting into a top university like NUS is above 95% in boards. So with 84% I don't think there is a chance for you to get into NUS. But if you are willing to write the Seats and you get a perfect score in the Seats, there would be a chance for you to get admission in NUS. If not then I would recommend you to browse other universities with lower admission requirements. :). .

NUS is one of the top colleges in Asia and has the acceptance rate of 7%. So, the answer to your question is no, you won't get admission in NUS with 77% in CBSE 12th boards. If you are a state student, attempt the Seats and IELTS. If you get a perfect SAT score and an IELTS score above 7, there is a chance for getting admission in NUS.
