No, you are not eligible to appear for NDA-September 2016 as you will turn 19 in August before the exam. Age eligibility criteria for NDA IS 16 1/2 to 19.

NDA examination can be cracked by students with average acedmic performance with ease. UPSC conducts NDA examination twice a year. You may appear in next exam. If your prepare well you will able to crack it. All the Best!

You can not do CSE if you join Indian Naval Academy or NDA. You will be trained in B.Tech Mechanical , ECE etc if you join NDA and opt for technical branches.

Yes ! You can apply for NDA April 2017 as well as you can also apply for this year NDA which may be held in September 2016.
For NDA you should have Physics & Maths in your class 12th.
Appearing in 12th class or Completed your 12th class NDA allows to both students to apply.
You can apply for NDA through UPSC websites.
According to me you should apply this year exam too.
