The eligibility criteria for Indian Army through NDA is : The candidates want to apply for Indian Army must have completed 12th (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent exam from a well-recognised board. The appearing candidates can also apply. Eligibility for Indian Navy and Air Force through NDA
Those seeking for Indian Navy and Air Force must have passed their 12th/appearing (10+2 pattern) from a recognised board or University with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Unfortunately, Girls are not eligible for NDA & NA Exam, since National Defence Academy doesn't recruit girls.

There is no restrictions on the number of attempts. You can attempt the paper multiple times but make sure that the your age should not cross 19 years at the time of appearing of National Defence Academy Examination.

Hi!
You are not allowed if you have a low eyesight. Specifications acceptable include: A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

So, work hard, you will make it to NDA. You are not at all eligible to give NDA Entrance Exam in Class 11th. You should have completed your 12th or equivalent exam or at least you should be studying in class 12th.
