every problem has its solution. u will maintain ur thyroid by daily exercise atleast 1.30 hours and eat healthy food. take ur medicine on time.this process maintain ur thyroid and after some years ur thyroid will decreases and then it will be 0.

NDA entrance exam does not require special preparation .Prepare well for +2 and have good general awareness, you will be able to clear entrance exam. During interview Defence services look for OLQ ( Officer Like Qualities) which no course can develop. If you had participated in sports & extra carriculam activities you would have developed OLQ overtime.

Eligibility criteria for NDA is 12th Class of 10+2 System of Education/Equivalent for Army and with Physics and Maths for AF & Navy.

You are from science(math) background so N.D.A is better . C.A is also for you .but CA is mostly for commerce extreme student.
you need extra labour for selecting CA as a carrier.
