Hello there. If it's NEET UG then it is hard to say that you can get into the MBBS course.
But in case you are a NEET PG aspirant. The marks can get you into non clinical course in government and slight chance regarding your reservation to get into a clinical course.

MCC announced dates and schedule for NEET PG 2024 counselling. Revised round-3 counselling schedule will be announed soon as cut off has been reduced. A total of 4 rounds of counselling is held for seat allocation. Candidates have to register on the official website, mcc.nic.in to participate in the counselling. It must be noted that MCC conducts counselling for 50% All India Quota seats while respective state authorities conduct counselling for rest 50% seats. The seat allotment result is released separately for each round.

Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be conducting NEET PG 2025 counselling for 50% All India Quota Seats. Respective state authorities conduct conselling for rest 50% seats. Candidates will have to register online to participate in NEET PG 2025 counselling. Registration can be done on the official website, mcc. Nic. In. Apart from registration, NEET PG counselling comprises steps such as choice filling, seat processing, seat allotment result, and reporting. Choices have to be saved and locked in the deadline other they get locked automatically.

No, up-gradation is not allowed once a candidate accepts the seat allotted in round 2 NEET PG 2024 counselling and joins the institute. Upgradation is only allowed in round-1 when candidates who have opted for upgradation after participation in the next round of NEET PG 2025 counselling. Candidates have to register on the official website and declare choices for seat allotment. Total 4 rounds of NEET PG 2025 counselling will be held for seat allotment.
