It is difficult for you to get government seat for MBBS in 425 marks in all India quota as well as in 85% state quota in state. For getting government MBBS seat, you need to score around 570 in state quota and 600+ in all India quota for obc category.

The all India NEET PG 2023 counselling is likely to start in July 2023. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the counselling schedule on its official website.

The counselling process will be conducted in two phases:

  • Phase 1: This phase will be for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
  • Phase 2: This phase will be for the State Quota seats.

The MCC will be conducting NEET Counselling 2023 upto four rounds namely Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round. VMMC admission 2023 to MBBS course is based on NEET UG 2023 scores followed by NEET Counselling 2023.

As per the last two years, NEET UG Counselling concluded for VMMC MBBS admissions after Round 1 for General Category students falling under All India Rank Quota for cutoff 2022 and after Round 2 for 2021. The closing rank for VMMC MBBS cutoff for NEET UG stood at 129 for cut off 2022 and 143 for cut off 2021.

No, candidates have to qualify NEET MDS 2025 to become eligible for NEET MDS 2025 counselling.  It is also to be noted candidates have to qualify NEET MDS exam with the minimum cut off which vary for each category. The minimum cut off percentile for general category candidates is 50 while for SC/ST, the cut off is 40th. Elligible candidates have to register on the official website, mcc.nic.in to participate in the counselling for NEET MDS 2025. Registration is followed by choice declaration. Candidates can declare as many choices as they want to in order of their prefrences.
