Once you have filled the form of counselling and submitted then they give 1-2 days of buffer time to make changes in that. If that buffer time is over then there is now way of making changes in that. I gave you my answer hope that helps.

Please ask your question again with more clarity. If you want to know about state quota in NEET counselling then yes there is 85percent state quota in state funded college but you must have domicile of that state.

No, you cannot apply for management quota through counselling. For applying under management quota you have to visit that college and go for the admission process for management quota in that college.

There are a total of four rounds in NEET counseling, out of which round one, round two, and the mop-up round will be conducted online as per the guidelines of the Medical Counseling Committee. Select the government colleges first like 10-15 government college in which you like to take admission. All depend on luck don't lose hope till 3rd round, after that you can fill as many as college you want in mopup round.

The candidate category is mean the candidate (Student) is belonging to categories such as General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PWD. Allotted category means the candidate seat is actually allotted to a certain category. For example. One college has a total of 100 seats which are allocated by a certain percentage, the first 40 seats for general (any one category can get that seat), 41- 60 for OBC, 61- 70 for EWS, 71-80 for SC, 81- 90 for ST, 91-95, PWD- 95-100.
