Looking for the perfect time then do not think much. Start now itself. To the candidates who just could not qualify NEET 2019, I would say just overcome with the emotion and show the devotion. Study beyond the syllabus- One should be having a clear knowledge of syllabus before starting the preparations. Do not learn anything beyond the syllabus.
Avoiding Class- One should not avoid classes or else the concepts will not be clear.
