No, the NEET exam is not required for admission to the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme at Government Medical College (GMC) Nagpur. However, MHT CET scores are considered for admission to BPT at GMC Nagpur. 

Eligibility for BPT at GMC Nagpur 

To be eligible for admission to BPT at GMC Nagpur, you must have passed 10+2 or HSC with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognised board.

The BPT programme at GMC Nagpur is a four and a half year full-time course.

The fee structure for courses at Taranath Government Ayurvedic Medical College in Bellary, Karnataka is approximately between INR 112,500 and INR 150,000. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and MD programs.

With a NEET score of 272 you might find opportunities for BAMS or BDS in Telangana in private colleges with fees structure of Rs 2 Lacs per annum but securing a government college would be challenging for you. You can search for private institutes offering the same courses. There can be several colleges you might find suitable.

You can clear NEET MDS and do post graduation or you can start practising in a private clinic as a general dentist. Moreover, you can apply in courses out of country or can do MBA in hospital management.
