According to NIRF ranking 2025, under "Medical" category, AIIMS Delhi secured 1st position as the No. 1 Medical college in India accepting NEET scores followed by CMC Vellore and PGIMER Chandigarh.

There are almost 30+ top Medical colleges in India that accept NEET. Of these, 22 colleges are owned by government organisations, and are privately owned.  NEET is the top entrance exam for admission to best medical colleges in India. As far as last-round NEET cutoff is concerned, there are no sectional cutoffs till now. However, to get into the Medical Colleges, the college releases overall cutoff for various quotas, including All India and Home State.

Rangaraya Medical College has released its MBBS cutoff for the All India and Home State quotas. Considering the Rangaraya Medical College cutoff 2024, the last-round cutoff for MBBS course stood at, 19259 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for 2023 and 2022, the cutoff rank stood at 23265 and 20487 for the for General AI quota.
