KGMU grants admission to various UG and PG courses on the basis of various exams. For MD and MS specialisations, the cutoff is released on the basis of NEET PG. As per the GMC Aurangabad NEET UG cut-off 2024, the closing rank for MBBS admission during the last round of AIQ counselling was 12,470 for the General AI category candidates. The last round cutoff for the same category was 21,484 in 2023 and 18,560 in 2022 for admission.

Kurnool Medical College has released its MBBS cutoff for the All India and Home State quotas. Considering the Kurnool Medical College cutoff 2024, the Round 3 cutoff for the MBBS course stood at, 19096 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for 2023 and 2022, the cutoff rank stood at 22771 and 20527 for the General AI quota.

As of now, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has not released the NEET UG counselling dates for GMC Aurangabad MBBS admission 2026. It is expected to be released in July 2026.
