You can join the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programme at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre through the management quota, even if you haven't taken the NEET exam.

The college allows students who have passed the NEET exam to get direct admission through the management quota or NRI quota.

Other entry requirements for the BAMS programme at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre include:

Passing Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board
Obtaining a specified percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates are not eligible to appear for the NEET.

The annual fee of BAMS in private college varies from INR 2,50,000 to INR 5,00,000 per annum exclusive of cost of books and other miscellaneous expenses. Nevertheless, admission and cutoff often change depending on the year and, therefore, students should refer to the individual web sites of colleges they are interested in to find out the specifics.

To get admission into a BHMS government college one might find it difficult as the cutoff marks for NEET are normally high and if one was able to score 190 marks, then one must be lucky. But there are certain state and college norms, through which you might get admission in some government colleges. For instance, in Maharashtra the BHMS government college intake ranged from 210-240 marks in NEET. But in Delhi it was between 220-250 marks roughly. Scored 121 in NEET, from ST category, to get into a medical college, the number of options are very few. In NEET exam conducted in the year 2022, cutoff marks of ST category for admission to first government college will be 137 and for first private college will be 107. But, cutoff marks differ from state to state and college to college. Based on your score you may be able to get admission in few private medical college/ deemed universities which charge higher fees from INR 600000 pa to INR 2500000 pa. There is no general rule that could be followed when it comes to choosing the college and options available; information and the reputation of the college should be taking into consideration along with the prices that have to be paid for it.
