Go to the official NEET website (neet.nta.nic.in).

Look for the link stating “Final Answer Key for NEET (UG) 2025”.

Click to download the PDF for your respective question paper code.

The final answer key is the version used by NTA to calculate your NEET result and cannot be challenged further. Avoid unofficial websites—always prefer the official portal for authenticity.

To be very honest,   with a score of 100 in NEET 2025, it is highly unlikely to secure a BDS seat in a government or private college, even with the OBC reservation. The NEET cutoff for BDS programs, even for reserved categories like OBC, is significantly higher than 100 marks. The minimum qualifying score for OBC candidates is 40th percentile, which translates to 143-113 marks, and even that is just for qualifying, not for admission to a specific college

Private colleges like Integral University and Hind Institute of Medical Sciences also offer MBBS. For a full list and their specific cut-offs, which fluctuate annually, it's best to refer to the offic

Unfortunately my dear friend if you get 300 marks in NEET you won't get a government medical College. But don't be dishearted. You can get a seat in private college but the fees will be quite high. I don't if you have already given the exam or not but if you are still preparing then target the maximum possible marks because the compitition is very high.
