If your score is 520 in NEET 2025, you can expect your rank to fall within this range. Your chances for admission to a government MBBS seat are moderate, particularly in the state quota for OBC, SC, or ST categories, as well as in semi-government or private colleges. You should take part in both state and All India counselling rounds to explore all your options.

With 450 marks in NEET under the OBC category, you have a decent chance of getting into an MBBS programme at a semi-government college in Maharashtra, especially under the 85% state quota. Semi-government colleges usually have lower cut-offs than top government colleges, and the OBC reservation works in your favor. However, competition remains tough, and cut-offs can change each year based on seat availability and how well candidates perform overall. You should monitor the counselling rounds, look into options like Mop-Up rounds, and consider colleges in less competitive areas of the state.
