Having secured a NEET score of 600 and an AIR of 80,885, it brings the prospect level quite lower for bagging a seat in government medical colleges, such as GMC, Himachal Pradesh, or Assam under the AIQ quota. The cut-off mark for AIQ seats in these states usually lies in a significantly higher range; often this is in and around 500-600 marks for the general category candidate. For instance, the cut-offs for government colleges are much higher than your current score, but you may look for private medical college options or under state quota which may have lower cut-offs.

NEET Rank: 6200: Chances of getting Admission into Several Medical Colleges through Private institutions. For example, the college can be Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College or Smt. Chandaben Homeopathic Medical College. Government colleges, with this rank, can be a bit tough, though. Options are available in states that have higher numbers of medical seats. A watch should be kept on the cutoff trends that have emerged through counseling.

The NEET 2023 cutoff for Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (SLIMS) is as follows:

General Category: I rank around 550-600 marks (approximate ranking 15,000 to 20,000).

OBC Category: What is similar to the general category, ranges around 550-600 marks

SC/ST Categories: Approximately 450-500 marks.

These marks can depend with the number of applicants, number of seats as well as the level of difficulty of the NEET exam. The private medical college SLIMS in Pondicherry provides undergraduate courses in Medicine where admission is granted through the NEET scores. If your score is 450 in the general category, you have a chance of getting into any college in Punjab for a BDS program, depending on that particular college and its cut-off for the year.
Expected Cutoffs
The expected NEET cut-off for BDS admissions in the state of Punjab would be around 720-137 marks. Your mark is 450, so you are far below this range.
Recommendations
Verify Selective Colleges: The cutoff scores for private dental colleges could be lower compared to Government Institutes.
Counseling: In Punjab NEET counseling process, you would find an option.
States Other than Punjab: You may seek colleges in other states whose cutoffs may

Your chance entry in the MBBS class considering a score of 411 in NEET with an AIR of 357612 looks pretty bleak. Considering a cut-off of above 450 scores for most government colleges and a few private colleges which demand around 300 scores, your rank does not leave much hope. Besides, there is a good likelihood that you might get qualified in one or two of the deemed universities with even lower cut-offs, maybe only in management quota. Admission to government colleges is highly competitive, and you may well be advised to look elsewhere if you really want to do MBBS.
