Yes, with a NEET UG cutoff rank of 7000, you can get into AIIMS Deoghar for admission to the MBBS course. In 2025, the NEET UG closing ranks ranged between 3164 and 9475 for the students belonging to the General AI quota. However, which round you will be admitted to is not confirmed, as the ranks were more competitive in the initial rounds. Therefore, it is advisable to wait until the last round to see in which round you will be admitted.

Since, the NEET cut-off changes every year, one must set a higher target of NEET score to get that seat you always dreamt of.

Although if you have scored more than 650 in NEET Examination then you are at the safe place through All India Quota.

If you are resident of Maharashtra then you will have to score less than All India Quota Score. Safe score for State Quota is 630+.

On the NEET exam, a candidate has an SC category score of 390, this means that there could be a possibility of getting admitted to an MBBS course especially if it's in a private medical college through the management quota seats but this is attributable to the number of available seats for candidates in each college to qualify for. It is equally clear that a freeship card to claim fee cut of concession is perfectly okay where it concerns a government or government aided institutions falling in the reserved categories and not the so called management quota. Management quota seats are more expensive though fees structure may differ, and

The fee for MBBS after qualifying NEET can vary significantly depending on whether you get admission to a government medical college (typically ranging from INR 10,000 - 50,000 per year) or a private medical college (which can cost between INR 3 Lacs to 25 Lacs per year). Key points about MBBS fees after NEET:

  • Government colleges: Generally have much lower fees compared to private colleges.
  • Private colleges: Can have significantly higher fees depending on the institution and location.
  • Factors affecting fees: The specific college you get admission to, the state you choose, and whether you opt for a management quota seat.

No, you can not get amission to the MBBS course at Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital without the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Exam.

Now, each college in India has accepted NEET UG Exam as their common entrance test which is mandatory to take admission.

Even if you are thinking of getting admission without appearing in NEET exam through Management quota, this is not possible. From management quota you need to appear in NEET exam.
