Yes it's possible for someone who has completed alternative medicine course like BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) again.
If an individual has completed BAMS and wants to change to mainstream allopathic medicine they can attempt NEET exam again to pursue an MBBS course.

No, this is not possible . you should take a year drop and increase your marks . Also depends on some factors like
- Cutoff for that year
- State quota
Try to increase your marks upto 250, than very high chance you have to get college.

KIMS Karad NEET cutoff 2024 has been released for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, and other medical/paramedical courses. As per the Round 1 Seat Allotment result, KIMS Karad MBBS cutoff 2024 is 430165 for the applicants belonging to the General AI category. For 2023, NEET UG cutoff was 467886.

No, you can not join KIMS Karad without entrance exam. For admission to MBBS, BDS courses, a candidates must have passed Class 12 with Science subjects from any recognised boards, and secured a valid score NEET. For BSc and MSc (Nursing) admisison, candidates requires to appear for different exam (state level or college-level).
