No Pathologists do not need to take NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) to enter field directly. NEET is only needed for admission to UG medical programs such as MBBS and BDS.
But for MD Pathology candidates need to clear NEET PG.

In India NEET is the only exam for admission to MBBS and BDS. But there are some medical courses that may not need NEET for admission.

No, you don't need NEET for Radiology. But NEET PG and NEET MDS are for some Radiology courses.

For admission to MS at Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital, candidates must have an MBBS degree with at least 50% aggregate from an institute recognised by Medical Council of India. Selection is done on the basis of score obtained in NEET Pg entrance exam.

As long as the photo satisfies all other requirements, there usually shouldn't be a problem if your NEET application photo includes a blue background. Make sure the photo complies with all the requirements specified in the instructions for the admission card. If unsure, get confirmation from the examination authorities.

You have a fair chance of getting into a BDS government college with 420 NEET scores, especially if you fall into the SC group. Although cutoffs for BDS government colleges can change, candidates in the SC category often have lower cutoffs than those in other categories.
