With 190 marks in NEET, getting admission to a government college for BPT will be a bit tough because the cutoff usually goes very high. The cutoff is always higher in government colleges due to strong competition. However, your scope would probably remain open in some private colleges or even deemed universities that take students according to scores in NEET.
You should, therefore, go through the cut-offs of various colleges in order to estimate the approximate cut-off marks required for admission to BPT courses. One may look at private institutions or lower-ranked government colleges. Admission consultants shall guide you accordingly.

Yes, it's possible for someone who has pursued an alternative medicine course like BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) again.
If an individual has completed BAMS and wishes to switch to mainstream allopathic medicine, they can attempt the NEET exam again to pursue an MBBS course.
However, before deciding to switch courses or pursue MBBS after completing BAMS, individuals should research the requirements, consult with academic advisors or regulatory bodies, and understand the specific procedures and challenges involved in this transition.
