There are two types of NEET counselling: state counselling and central, or national counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee, or MCC, is in charge of NEET central counselling. The MCC administers the NEET counselling procedure for admission to the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Conversely, for the 85% of state quota seats, NEET state counselling is carried out by State Authorities or the Education Department of individual states. KPC Medical College and Hospital accepts NEET UG scores, followed by NEET UG Counselling process for admission to the MBBS course. The NEET UG 2024 exam for admission to MBBS course will be reconducted on Jun 23, 2024 and the results will be declared by Jun 30, 2024. Candidates can check out the KPC Medical College and Hospital cutoff 2023 to get an idea of the past years' cutoff trends. NEET Last Round Closing Rank (General-Home State) for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 are 2594, 34766, and  92271 respectively. The cut off for 2024 may vary depending on several factors.

AIIMS Mangalagiri cutoff 2024 has not been released yet. The institute accepts various nation-level exams such as NEET and INICET. As per last year's reports, AIIMS Mangalagiri NEET closing rank for the MBBS programme was 1606 in 2023, 3352 in 2022, and 3077 in 2021.

The answer will be both yes and no. Getting admission into AIIMS Mangalagiri without NEET is possible since AIIMS Mangalagiri offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS such as BSc, MD and MS. Admission to these courses is based on institute-specific entrance exams or INICET. Students must qualify for NEET for the MBBS course. After qualifying for the exam students must appear for the counselling process.
