Yes , SBMCH accepts admission through national level entrance examination - NEET UG , students have to score at least minimum cutoff to get admission in the college. To know more regarding the admission process in SBMCH, students can go through the official website of SBMCH and enquire about it .

No, the topic or chapter on earthworm is not included in the NEET Biology syllabus. The NEET syllabus underwent changes wherein certain topics were removed and various topics have been added from other state Boards. In the NEET revised syllabus, there was no mention of the Earthworms topic. Under the unit of Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants, the topic of 'Nervous and reproductive of an insect and Frog.' Based on last year's syllabus, it is estimated that the insect is cockroach, along with frog. Hence, it can be estimated that the Earthworm topic will not be included in the NEET Biology syllabus as well.

Yes, you need to appear for the AIIMS nursing exam separately. AIIMS does not accept NEET UG for nursing courses. 
AIIMS conducts separate exams for: MBBS, BSc Nursing, Paramedical courses. 
The AIIMS BSc Nursing exam is offered every year. The 2024 exams for BSc (Hons) Nursing and BSc (Post-Basic) Nursing are tentatively scheduled for June. 
The minimum cutoff scores for admission to AIIMS for a BSc in nursing are: 
  • General category: 55
  • OBC category: 45–50
  • SC/ST category: 30–40

The probability is low, but there are chances that you might get admission at the Medical college Kolkata.  590+ marks can get you a seat in the top colleges through state quota. The 480+ marks is a marginal score that has a chance to get you into the state quota. But if students get less than this, then they can get admission only in the private medical colleges. It is quite impressive if they get 400+ marks, considering the difficulty level of the examination.

The minimum NEET percentage required for MBBS depends on the category to which the candidate belongs to. For exam the minimum cutoff for unreserved categories is 50%, while for SC/ST and OBC it is 40%. The Medical counselling committee or MCC releases the minimum marks or the cut off marks. There are several factors that are considered for determining the minimum marks. JIPMER Puducherry inducts candidates for the MBBS programme based on valid NEET-UG scores followed by the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.

The NEET last round closing rank for admission to the MBBS programme at the JIPMER, Puducherry was 17588.
