It is very difficult to get admission in government medical college with this score, but there is possibility to get private colleges.

All Private Medical Colleges in India, Government Medical Colleges, Deemed Universities fall under the gamut of NEET and it is mandatory for a student to qualify in NEET to be eligible for MBBS admission in India.
However, The total tuition fee for BIMS MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is INR 2.96Lakhs.

For appearing in NEET entrance exam one needs to have the general qualification. Candidates must pass in 12th class with higher than 50% marks in the stream of Science with physics, chemistry, and biology as cumpulsory subjects. If you have all these qualifications you can certainly give the exam but it is a very hard to crack exam.

The search results do not contain any information about the date of issuance of the "Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) Central Certificate" for NEET 2025 aspirants.
The search results are focused on admission requirements and details for the B.Tech. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering programme at SATI, and do not mention anything about OBC-NCL certificates for NEET 2025.
