There is no option to get admission in any college without entrance.
All medical seats including (private colleges) MBBS, BAMS will be allotted through online counseling only.
You must have been given at least one medical entrance .
For appearing in counselling and if you are from GEN category then only students with 50 percentile in NEET will be eligible for counselling.

So, you cannot get admission in Dr. Subhash University, B.A.M.S. without neet!

If you score 400 in NEET examination getting the MBBS seat in government seat is a bit challanging but it is not impossible there are some colleges that accept the students who score marks between 300-and 400 marks in the NEET example Assam medical collage, and Purulia government college are the example for this and also to determine the eligibility for the college rank criteria plays the crucial role and the government college haves the limited seats there are also some private colleges accepts the students with a score of 300-400.

No, once the NEET city slip is issued by NTA, it is not permitted to request for change in the exam city. NTA tries to allot the NEET exam city based on candidates' first preference. However, there may be situations where it is not possible to allot the preferred city. Hence, candidates have to make the necessary travel or accommodation arrangements accordingly, instead of approaching NTA to change the exam city.
