No matter what category you fall under, 305 marks will not get you a seat in any government medical college. Work hard the following time, and perform well.

The cutoff trend for MBBS at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow has been decreasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for MBBS under general category for all India quota was 5893. In 2023, it decreased to 4921. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 10989 to 5746 for OBC 129728 to 81090 for ST. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow MBBS cutoff 2023 for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 50982 for SC and 81090 for ST category. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET UG, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET UG Round 3 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 4921 and closing rank was 4921 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow is based on the scores obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

No, you cannot get a medical seat even if you belong to the SC category since you have very low marks in the NEET UG 2023. The cut-off for the SC category in the general merit list is around 500 marks for the year 2023. It is advised to appear for re-examination so that you can try to improve your score. You can try applying for admission to the state quota. The state quota is usually less competitive than the general merit list.
