Yes, you have to register again as small mistakes can be corrected during KEA NEET document verification.
Major mistakes such as wrong name or date of birth will not be corrected or not putting documents for verification.
Document verification in NEET counselling is most important for your admission into medical college.
When you choose your seat through all India quota then documents will be verified at medical college.

You can follow a single good book. Try to give maximum time to NEET study. Practise few mocks and previous year papers. It is possible to score this high with six months preparation. Avoid distractions and just follow one single good book.

I have secured 84 percentile when appeared for my NEET examination in 2019 where the top mark is 701 and only one person have scored above 700. Even at that time, I couldn't get any of the government medical colleges. Besides, now in 2023, the competition has increased and almost 145 students have scored above 700. Your cutoff depends upon the first mark and the number of ranks before your rank. Concluding that, it is absolutely not a good score and you couldn't get any of the government medical colleges .Also, in my opinion it is not good to spend a lot of money for donation for joining in private medical
