Hi Jahanvi,
Once the results are out, you will have to appear for counselling to take admissions. Counselling will be held by CBSE as well as by the various state / private colleges who have decided to take admissions on the basis of NEET-UG score. Just keep yourself updated on the latest updates from CBSE and the state / private colleges you are interested in. Sometimes you will also be asked to apply again to sit for the counselling. During the counselling, you will get to know which colleges/seats are open for you and you can apply accordingly.

Hi Nikita,
283 is a decent score. This year the expected cut off for NEET for MBBS is expected to be around 380 for General category.
So your score is on the lower side. Government colleges are definitely not possible. Private college fees is high and not affordable for many students. So if seats are left vacant you might find an opportunity but only via centralised counselling. Do not apply to any private college directly or pay any agents for admissions. Admissions are only by merit.
You should also consider to apply at Government Medical Universities Abroad for MBBS to get good education at affordable cost. Admissions are in process fo

There are many students who scored more than 500 marks this year than it was in the previous year. So, chances of getting MBBS is less.

We can't predict the college where you can admission through your NEET marks.
So, you are advised to visit career360, Motion IIT JEE or HT Campus.
You can get admission in private college, as you belong to OBC category.
All the best.
