At 19289 rank, it's less predictable that you'll get admission in government colleges. You can check in private medical colleges. Attend the counselling.

For admission into government medical colleges for MBBS, your score shouldn't be less than 450. Below this score, you may not expect any government medical college.

As per the present guidelines, you can appear NEET entrance examination maximum 3 times starting from this year.

For admission into MBBS in any medical colleges through general category, your score should be around 360. Below this score, it is less predictable that you'll get admission into any medical colleges.
