At 19289 rank, it's less predictable that you'll get admission in government colleges. You can check in private medical colleges. Attend the counselling.

For admission into government medical colleges for MBBS, your score shouldn't be less than 450. Below this score, you may not expect any government medical college.

Minimum 60% are required to be eligible for M.Sc entrances. If you have achieved that much then brush up your subjects and try for M.Sc. If your marks doesn't even add up to that then B.Ed course has 50% minimum marks for general and 45 % for reserved category.
