You need to score around 550-600 (AIQ). But in state quota, it varies from state to state.

Candidates need to carry a passport size photograph, need to carry valid admit card to enter the examination hall and candidate need to carry Aadhaar Card as well for identity proof.

No NEET is not compulsory for gaining admission to a Naturopathy course.
Most institutes and colleges offering course admit students based on their accomplishment in a relevant entrance examination, conducted mostly at an institutional level, followed by a round of personal interview.
In personal interview round, candidates general aptitude for course is examined and a merit list is then issued by each institute, declaring names of all selected students. Admission procedure generally varies across institutes. A few institutes also provide direct admission to candidates on basis of their score at 10+2 level. Regards.
