No, you cannot get admission into the BDS course at K.M. Shah Dental College without NEET. NEET-UG is mandatory for all dental colleges in India, including private and deemed universities. Without a valid NEET score, you're not eligible for admission to any recognised BDS program, as per national regulations.

Might be possible in private medical college but you should wait for final round cutoff it might be possible especially if you are from a reserved category.
