At three hundred forty, government MBBS in Delhi (including Dr. BSA) is practically out of reach for General/EWS. Reserved categories still usually need much higher. Realistic pivots: BDS (private/state), AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS/BNYS), BPT, B.Sc Nursing, Allied Health, or private MBBS (India/abroad) if finances permit (expect sixty lakh to over one crore rupees). If MBBS in a government college is your dream, consider a dedicated drop year, test series, and concept?first prep.

For Govt BHMS seats, aim for 430–480+ marks in NEET (480+ for top colleges). For private colleges, 300–400 might do the trick. If you're Gen category, stay above 162 to clear the general cutoff. For SC/ST/OBC, it's slightly lower. Bottom line: if you're eyeing government colleges, push for 450+. And always double-check your state's the latest counseling info—cutoffs shift every year.

A safe score in NEET for MNS in 2025, especially for Lucknow, is generally considered to be 350-400 or higher. This is a benchmark score to aim for, and the actual cutoff may vary based on category and the overall performance in NEET that year.
Category: Different categories (General, OBC, SC, ST) have different cutoff scores.
NEET Difficulty: A tougher NEET paper may result in a lower cutoff.
Number of Applicants: More applicants generally lead to a higher cutoff.
Overall Performance: The overall performance of candidates in NEET impacts the cutoff.

Neet score is valid only for one academic year if you are willing to study MBBS in India. If you want to take admission in private medical college in 2025 then you should have valid NEET score card of session 2025.However there are few medical colleges that start their counselling in late December so you can also try for that.
