Here are some important chapters and their weightage for NEET UG subject wise:

NEET Chemistry Chapters - 45 questions, with each of its three subsections—Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry—receiving approximately equal emphasis. 

NEET Physics Chapters - 

System of Particle and Rigid Body, Laws of Motion, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effect of Current and Magnetism, and Thermodynamics, among others, which experts recommend dedicating extra time to. 

NEET Biology Chapters - 

The Biology section comprises 90 questions, with 45 questions dedicated to Botany and another 45 to Zoology.
