I got 90 percentile in JEE Main 2020 now can I eligible for B.Tech in computer Science engineering in college of DTU, NSUT, IIIT.

You may have a chance of getting admission in DTU lower branches in Spot round if you are general. Or if you have category you'll easily get admitted.

Yes, very easily you'll get admitted into NSUT and many other nits as well.

It's going to be tough but maybe you have a chance in spot round for getting biotech. You should go for IP University affiliated colleges as you can get a good branch in a good college there.
