No, you require a minimum of 80 percentile in JEE to get into good universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc.

No, you can't take admission in NSIT. But if you want some other private college, it is possible.

You have to score JEE Mains percentile above 96 for getting admission in NSUT Delhi for admission in B.Tech CSE course in the asked category.

Yes, NIOS class 12th certificates have the full validity at par with other boards like CBSE, ICSC, etc. So, you will get admission in asked colleges in B.Tech courses if meeting the other requirements.
