If you belong to a general category, then you must be under 20k rank in JEE Main.

Hi,
There are too much reservations for NCR aspirants as compared to other people. So, you have to score very high as comparison to them. You can check it on the college predictor for your query in Shiksha app.

Admission in DTU, IIITD, NSIT is very difficult with this rank.

I got 384125 CRL rank in JEE Main & 132520 CAT. Rank in 2019 in OBC NCL in outside Delhi. Can I got NSIT, dtu, iIITDelhi.

It is very difficult as you are an outsider. NCR aspirants can get admission easily.

You say him to join the counseling process by JoSAA as rank is good, then she will sure get Good IITs. Please check the college closing rank for different IITs:
