Hi, for PG level programs a score of 6.5 is required if you have researched on college websites. You can still have a chance through ESL or bridge courses in English offered by the colleges, you need to be accepted into a program before you start one of these bridge courses. Please mail the colleges directly about program specific requirements and ESL courses. This information would be available on the English language requirement pages of the college websites.

If you can get into one of the most reputed institutions like IIMs, etc., in my opinion, India is a better place for MBA education as compared to New Zealand.

By far USA, home to MIT, Caltech etc. But for job opportunities and PR USA is very tough and competitive. You must excel in all fields. In that case Australia can be another option.

Wageningen University and Research Center, The Netherlands is supposedly very famous and considered as the best for your area of study. Utrecht University is also fine. If you are considering New Zealand, Massey University is an ideal option. Scholarships are merit based, if you are academically fit you can be funded by the university.

For mechanical, Germany is the best option, because most of the international students who pursuing their career in mechanical leads to Germany but also the mentioned countries will offer the courses in mechanical but Germany is the best option to continue your studies, if not that compare to Canada and new Zealand, new Zealand is good for studies with low budget but Canada is good for studies and settlement options with a medium expensive and hard climatic conditions, I think you need more advice and research so I can suggest you speak with the internal people and consulting people and listen to them and decide.

Hello Komaljeet, your academic grades will be scrutinized before your IELTS. I must also say that your IELTS grade is below par, most universities won't be accepting. There is nothing to worry though as New Zealand universities have ESL programs for students who have poor IELTS or TOEFL scores. When you apply to a program make sure you enquire about the ESL or English language foundation program. Enquire with the university directly. Another alternative is top retake the IELTS. Read this
