If you are asking for a transfer, then you need to contact the universities directly. If you meet the credit point requirements of the universities, then they will consider you for studying there. It will depend on the university's requirement solely.

Every program and college have different admission criteria. After completing class 12th, you can apply for Bachelor's degree programs. Basis your grades, you may get into a top university.
