The scope is better abroad for biotechnology field like in Canada, US, Denmark, etc. You can go abroad for your Masters, it will give you better exposure to research opportunities and also post study work options. Discuss with family and decide, you must also check finances, requirements, etc. before you decide. Work hard on your academics.

There is a great scope for HR professionals in New Zealand, but you must be qualified from a good university, academically strong and must have done your internship from a reputed organization. You must also possess the skills of a HR. Also, aim for the Professional Membership Accreditation after a couple of years of work experience.

You can, if the diploma is UGC or board recognized, they will treat it as equal to plus 2 or may even give you some exemptions for subjects already done if they find equivalency to their syllabi. You will also need an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6, check it out with the concerned university/ college for the above.
All the best!

With such a gap it might be difficult to get admission itself, however, suggest you apply as it won't cost you much or rather may be free also if there is no application fee for the university / college where you are applying. If you get admission then try for the visa, if the visa officer is satisfied with your explanation then you have a chance of getting a visa. I will suggest you to use the services of a good education consultant as for NZ as it will help and you will not be charged any consultation fee.
All the best!

The applicants must have 5 years of work experience for MBA in New Zealand. If you don't have work experience, you should be looking for PG Diploma programs in business management. I am not sure about your acceptance as your grades are way too low. There might be colleges offering you an admission, but visa chances won't be high either. So, overall the chances are low.
