Hi Ronak,
You can apply for a student visa only if you have the admission offer from any of the universities located in these countries. Check for admission requirements and prepare firstly. If you meet the entry requirements, there is no reason why a university will not accept you. So instead of worrying about the visa process now, you should decide what to study and research on the entry requirements. Canada is a home to famous universities like McGill University, University of Alberta, University of Toronto, University of British Columbia etc.

You need to go through the University requirement that you are going to apply for Hotel management. Generally, universities and colleges are having some minimum requirement for the admission. IELTS is actually, a platform which test your proficiency of language in four skills that's why universities issue some minimum requirement for IELTS so that student can understand and adapt the native environment.
In case of New Zealand, You need minimum band 6 in IELTS. As of now you are not eligible for New Zealand but you can apply in various european countries like Switzerland, Poland, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Czech Republic.

Hi Paras,
You hold a bachelor's degree and that is enough. Your grades however are not upto the mark. You should try for another stream, probably engineering is not the right fit for you. Studies abroad will be more rigorous. You may still check the list below:
