Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.
Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u.
U can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C+ and JAVA (complete).
Now a days LAMP (Linux Apache MySql and PHP) is ultimate

NZ is a good option to pursue computer science as there is shortage of such professionals in NZ (Courtesy - Long term skills shortage data provided by NZ immigration website). - 12th pass from recognized education board with good good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in class 12th.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
- Preferred TOEFL score- 80-90 plus.

I think you have also posted another query, which I just responded to, where in I have asked for few information.
While, Australia and New Zealand have always been at the forefront in this sector. However, mostly at the under graduate vocational Education level.
You will find some good quality Master's program in both Australia and New Zealand, and both country presently have work permit options leading to PR.
Switzerland offers one of the finest choices as far as Hospitality Education is concerned, but may not serve your PR aim.
