Hi Juhi,
If you are planning to embark on a gaming or web development career, it is best, you look for graduate Diploma or MS courses. Auckland University of Technology, Waiariki Institute of Technology and Victoria University of Wellington are suitable options. Kindly check the university websites for further details.

You will have to check the individual Universities where you are applying for the conditions for scholarship, by and large Canada and NZ do not have scholarships like the ones in the USA and at the most you may get some reduction in fees depending on your academic scores and their criteria for the same.
Yes, Germany does have scholarships where your entire fees are waived off, however your current academic scores do not offer much chances. Even without scholarship fees in Germany are very low and cost of Masters even with stay may be less than doing it in India.

For automobile engineering, Germany is far better. The current cost is about 1000 to 2000 Euros as tuition fees and about 6000 Euros as living expenses per annum which at current rates is about 6.5 lakhs. If you have an academic score above 75%, there is a good chance of getting a scholarship which means, tuition fee is fully or partly waived off reducing your cost.

Hi Umang,
You will find number of options to study your desired area in New Zealand. For job prospects and PR you must be aware of the skills in demand. If your job is one of the skills which is in shortage and you have the required qualification, obtaining a PR will be easier. I will suggest you to go through the Immigration New Zealand website for a list of skill shortages. Science and IT related jobs are amongst those under long-term shortages.
Hope this helps.
