No, NIT Suratkal doesn't offer B.Tech Biotechnology course and any of the B.Sc. Courses. If you want to pursue Biotechnology, then you have to go with other top institutes present in Karnataka.

Hi Divya,
It is very difficult to get any NIT or BIT Mesra at this rank. However, you can try for Jaypee Noida, UPES Dehradun, Galgotias College, etc. Otherwise, you may drop this year and prepare thoroughly for JEE again in the next year, and get your desired IIT or NIT.

Hi Himanshu,
It will be very difficult for you to get admission in nit Puducherry with this score. I will suggest you to go for private colleges of Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, etc. Or some reputed private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University etc.
You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Hi Visweswara,
Yes, you can get admission in this nit. But computer science engineering in first round will be difficult. So, you should apply for IT, electronics, electrical, civil also. But in second or third round, you may get computer science engineering.
