With 5.9 CGPA in UG, it's a bit tricky. But with 75 percentile in CAT it's worth taking the risk.

There will be two JEE Main exam this year. First one was in January month and second one will be in the month of April. National Testing agency will release percentile score for both the exam. At NIT Trichy, the ore and crores in last year for CS were 982 and 4041 and in Mechanical were 1053 and 10268 respectively. Hence, you have to score above 200 for CS and above 150 for mechanical. While at NIT Warangal or and crores in CS were 1435 and 1962 and or and crores in Mechanical were 5958 and 7966 respectively. Hence, you have to score above 200 for CS and above 150 for Mechanical in JEE Main.
