First of all, for such good marks in JEE Main. You have secured a good rank. You can easily get CSE in any of the NITs. But choosing your home state NIT will give you a very big advantage rather than competing for other state NITs as you have home state quota. But with such a good marks you can compete for top NITs if your home state NIT is not so good as the others like NIT Warangal or NIT Trichy. You can even try for advance and try for some good IITs. If you think that NIT is enough you can surely end up with CSE in good NITs
I can assure you that you can get CSE in a good NIT.

On such EWS rank it is very difficult to get any of the NITs/IIITs or GFTIs with any of the branch because the closing EWS ranks of last year were like :-
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Production Engineering (8629)
Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad - Civil Engineering (7662)
National Institute of Technology Agartala - Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering (8387)
Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar - Civil Engineering (8246).

On such OBC rank you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs or GFTIs as the OBC rank closes around 30000 -33000 till final round of JoSAA counselling. But you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below. If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-
R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research, Nashik
A. C. Patil College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai
Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri
KIPM College of Engineering and Technology (KIPM), Gorakhpur
Zeal College of Engineering and Research, Pune
And
...more

Your rank is not enough to get admission in top colleges like NIT's, IIT'S AND IIIT'S. Because the admission in this colleges is based on the cut off and cut off changes every year. But you get admission in private colleges. You give JEE Main so you are eligible for Jossa counselling. Do your JOSSA counselling and firstly fill those colleges in which you think to take admission. Jossa counselling is started from 2023.

Your EWS rank should be under 1500 to get CSE in NIT iiit or GFTI. Non EWS OPEN CANDIDATE need 96.5 to get LOWER NITS. In EWS if you don't have atleast 95.5 (crl 45000 to 55000. ). Percentile then, You, have almost no chance of getting ANY NIT ANY branch. But if you live (domicile) in ASSAM / ARUNACHAL / SIKKIM GOA / Jammu. Etc. Then you have chance of getting a NIT. As these NIT have cuttofs in Lacs (CRL) for their state students (But you have good rank for CSE in good private colleges)

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. It's difficult to predict because cut keep changing every year depends on various factors like no of seat available, difficulty level of exam and noo of student appear in exam. As you secured 20950 obc rank in JEE Mains. Your percentile is 94.24. No, the chance of getting IIIT Surat is less as closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 9713 for Electronics and Communication Engineering. And closing rank for obc category in IIIT SURAT is 7214 for computer Science Engineering.

It is impossible to accurately predict which NIT you will get for Computer Science without knowing your personal details such as your score, the number of seats available and the number of applicants. However, you can get an idea of which NITs you may be able to get based on your SC Category rank. Generally, if your rank is in the top 1000, you may be able to get into the top NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Rourkela, NIT Nagpur, etc. If your rank is between 1000 and 2000, you may be able to get into medium-ranked NITs such as NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur, etc. If your rank is between 2000 and 310
