Choose DTU for computer engineering. the placements of computer engineering, DTU are great, the average package is around 18-19 LPA. You may choose IIT, if you prefer the tag as it is one of the most prestigious institutes in india.

Based on your All India Rank (AIR) and OBC Category Rank, you are likely eligible for admission in NITs for CSE and Mechanical Engineering. However, it is advisable to check the official website of the respective NITs to determine your eligibility.

Choosing between a high-ranking NIT and a low-ranking IIT for pursuing an M.Tech degree can be a difficult decision. However, in general, it is better to opt for a high-ranking NIT than a low-ranking IIT for pursuing an M.Tech degree. This is because the ranking of an institute reflects its academic and research excellence, infrastructure, faculty, placement opportunities, and other factors that are crucial for a quality education. A high-ranking NIT is likely to have better facilities, resources, and faculty than a low-ranking IIT, which can translate into a better learning experience and better career opportunities for students. You can get some lower branches in some NITs and for good branches, you may go for state government engineering colleges.
