If you are from 'other state' quota. It might be little difficult for you to secure admission in NITT. Go for newer NITs. You have a much better chance there.

I speak generally that there is a reservation for the physically challenged, but the Certificate should come from the appropriate Government Hospital. The Certificate should show the percentage of disability. According to the percentage, seats are allotted, considering merit. It is just like NCC and NSS and Sports.
