Yes, Diploma holders are eligible to appear for IIT JEE 2019, but they will be considered similar to 12th passed candidates.

You cannot get IIT simply based on JEE Mains score but yes you can definitely get into NIT it depending upon the cut off that year.

Yes, you can get admission very easily into NIT and IIIT for B.Tech. According to your rank, I am suggesting some colleges. The list of colleges is given below.
1-IIIT Bhopal.
2- IIIT Gandhinagar.
3- IIIT Ranchi.
4- IIIT Jaipur.
5-NIT Agartala.
6-NIT Sikkim.
7-NIT Rourkela, etc.

You can get a chance, but not in a good branch or the high-demand branch in that college. Apart from that you can definitely get a seat in your home state government engineering colleges and if you specify your category I can give you more accurate answer.

May be you will get a seat in NITs, but in not in a branch of your choice may be and in IIITs you will definitely get a seat in ECE or CSE may be. All the best and you will definitely get a good seat in a good college.

No, 75%is not required for admission in any IIT NIT IIIT or GFTI. There is no minimum percentage criteria in government. Colleges.
