You can try for NIT-Srinagar, NIT-Kurukshetra, Eastern side NITs, new IIITs like IIIT-Bhopal, IIIT-Bhagalpur, IIIT-Kalyani, etc.

You must have an income certificate from the local authorities at the place of your residence not more than six months old to be eligible for a fee waiver.
